Activities Director (ad) - positions available
Activity Director works closely with Tour Director to assist in fulfilling operational, logistical aspects of the event. The AD is the number two person in command with main concentration on execution of the event itinerary. Prep ahead of time, necessary weekend management materials to implement all on-site and off-site activities. Besides running SNE standard activities the AD will also cultivate local activities to enhance the itinerary and guest experience.
Responsibilities for AD’s:
- Effectively delegate to and manage SNE tour staff.
- Be the event facilitator at each SNE activity (or delegate)
- Plan and implement entertainment such as games, contests, etc.
- Operate and control all functions of the Activities Desk.
- Account for all cash transactions and accounting documentation.
- Make available all the activities including at the hotel and off-premises.
- Be knowledgeable to answer questions on any of the available activities.
- Coordinate with SNE Photographer to take pics at photo op times
- Ensure that DJ is performing host activities and required announcements.
- Marketing all SNE packages at Activity Desk and throughout the hotel.
Qualifications for AD’s:
- Uphold, sustain SNE Code of Conduct Criteria & Tour Staff Mission.
- Meet all CIC qualifications, responsibilities, and knowledge of CIC procedures for events.
- Must be an effective manager and able to process simple accounting paperwork.
- Possess strong delegation skills, ability to multi-task, and quick decision making.
- Enjoy being the host of activities, contests, and events. Like to decorate for parties.
Tour Director (td) - positions available
Tour Director is the lead SNE site representative responsible to fulfill all operational, logistical aspects of the event. The TD is responsible for the primary feedback link to SNE home office. TD works along side the AD as a management team to run an event site according to guest itinerary. Prep ahead of time, necessary weekend management materials acquired from SNE to be familiarized with every detail of guest expectations and special conditions.
Responsibilities for TD’s:
- Effectively delegate to and manage SNE tour staff.
- Run enhanced experience-based itinerary.
- Maintain tour paperwork.
- Make sure that suppliers and SNE staff are meeting guest expectations.
- Ensure that tour staff is in uniform.
- Personally meet every organizer.
- Be our primary PR person.
- Generate new organizer and tour staff leads.
- Diffuse problems when they arise.
- Implement efficient on-site marketing.
Qualifications for TD’s:

Staff Director (sd) - unavailable
There is one SD. The Staff Director is the lead SNE Staff representative responsible for staff recruitment, selection, training and assignment. The SD is responsible for the primary staff feedback link to SNE home office. SD works closely with senior office management, CIC’s, AD’s and TD’s sharing important information needed on a per event basis.
Responsibilities for SD’s:
- Recruit and select SNE’s tour staff. Assisn CIC’s.
- Effectively delegate to and manage SNE tour staff.
- Share needed event paperwork on a per-event basis.
- Make sure SNE management staff has needed supplies to perform their duties.
- Run Staff Zoom training meetings.
- Handle Post Event feedback and share information with SNE office staff.
Qualifications for SD’s:
- Uphold, sustain SNE Code of Conduct Criteria & Tour Staff Mission.
- Comfortable using technology.
- Experience using online tools and applications.
- Able to work remotely from home office.
- Must be an effective manager and able to process simple accounting paperwork.
- Possess strong delegation skills, ability to multi-task, and quick decision making.
- Thrives being the lead person in charge.
- Comfortable with receiving criticism.
Assistant Staff Director (ASD) - positions available
There is one ASD. The Assistance Staff Director works with and supports the SD with staff recruitment, selection, training and assignment.
