FRIDAY

Meet at your group’s designated pick up location 30 minutes early. BE ON TIME, we cannot wait for ANY late guests. Board Motor Coach and Check-In with the SNE Check In Coordinator (CIC). You are required to have a valid government issued photo id to board the bus and access the hotel, too. All event functions are private to the public.

3:00PM – 10:00PM: Hotel Check-In – Settle in and visit the *Activity Desk after 9PM to pickup up your concert ticket and for event details and updates.   

9:00PM – 12:30AM: Activity Desk Open – Sign up for what you would like to do. Please note there has to be enough participants to run an activity.

10:00PM – 3:00AM: [The Bourbon Room] SNE Dance Party – with Live DJ Entertainment, Adults Only

10:00PM – 2:00AM: Premium Open Bar

2:00AM – 3:00AM: After Dark B4 Dawn Dance Party (cash bar)

SATURDAY

8:00AM – 12:00PM: [The Terminal Ballroom] Breakfast Buffet Served

8:00AM – 11:00AM: Activity Desk Open – Sign up for what you would like to do. Please note there has to be enough participants to run an activity.

9:00AM – 12:30PM: Buses Depart for Shopping

11:00AM – 1:00PM: SNE Game Room Open – Cards & Games

4:00PM – 6:00PM: [The Terminal Ballroom] Pre-Concert Dinner Buffet Served

5:45PM – 7:00PM: Buses load for concert transfer and drop off at Boardwalk Hall.  

7:00PM – 11:00PM: Mother’s Day Music Festival Concert @ Boardwalk Hall 

11:00PM – 12:00AM: Buses load at Boardwalk Hall drop off for return to Showboat Hotel. 

12:00AM – 3:00AM: [The Bourbon Room] SNE After Party – with Live DJ Entertainment, Adults Only

12:00AM – 2:00AM: Premium Open Bar

2:00AM – 3:00AM: After Dark B4 Dawn Dance Party (cash bar)

SUNDAY

8:00AM – 11:00AM: [The Terminal Ballroom] Breakfast Buffet Served

9:30AM – 10:30AM: CHECK OUT TIME (Turn Keys into the Front Desk and Load Luggage on Buses)

11:30AM: Load Coach & Depart for Trip Home 

Home: Arrive at your group’s drop off location. Please make sure you take all of your belongings with you. We hope you had an enjoyable experience, and be sure to ask your Group Leader about the next event.

Your SNE wristband that you get upon arrival is for entrance into our private events. If it is lost, you will need to buy another one at full price. 

SNE Check In Coordinator (CIC) is a volunteer travel liaison whose job is to check each passenger’s ID and confirm they are on the passenger list. They do not perform additional services and are not Tour Guides.

Photo ID, Medications, Event Wristbands: All Guests are required to bring a valid government issued photo id to show for proof of age and to acquire special event wristbands for access to facilities and all events. Keep your medications with you at all times, access to your luggage is limited on a motor coach. Guests must be 21 years or older to consume alcohol with proper id and is at the discretion of the facility serving.

Hotel Rooms: Every room comes with either one or two beds. Most hotels have a limited number of double bedded rooms (2 beds). Two bedded rooms are usually reserved for triple and quad occupancy rooms needed and then on a first come first serve basis.  The “Safe Stay” guidelines launched by American Hotel & Lodging Association (AHLA) and reviewed by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), recommends overnight guest rooms not be cleaned during the duration of your stay. Unless otherwise requested, our team members will not enter your guest room until departure. We ask that you reuse bath towels and wash cloths. Toiletries and bath amenities are available upon request and will be placed outside your guest room door Hotel prohibits personal or open alcohol bottles in public areas including hallways and lobby of hotel.  Hotel rooms and facilities are non-smoking. 

All hotels are Non-Smoking.  There will be a $250 room charge for any room where Smoking occurs.

Concert Ticket Distribution: Ticketed Seating Assignments: Each guest must show valid government issued photo id and sign document to receive your seat ticket at your SNE hotel Activity Desk.  There is only one ticket per person and there are no replacements.  Your ticket is your responsibility, if lost or stolen you would have to purchase a new one at the venue box office if there are any available at your own expense. 

Home Arrival Time: Please use the return trip home time on itinerary to estimate your “at home” arrival time. This is merely an estimate as unforeseen circumstances such as weather and traffic could alter travel.


Motorcoach Standards & Policies: Respect is the key to an enjoyable trip & Safety is the #1 priority. All passengers are to remain seated while the coach is in motion. All coaches are smoke free. All coolers and large items should be stowed in the undercarriage. Only items that fit in overhead bins are permitted on the coach. Glass is prohibited. Rest stops and consumption of alcohol is at the discretion of the driver, if allowed alcohol consumption should be in moderation and controlled. Motor Coach lavatory is designed for emergency us only. We recommend utilizing fully equipped restrooms at rest stop facilities when possible.

  • 1. Are You Traveling with a Group and Have a Trip Code from a Flyer?

    Saturday departures are scheduled for between 11 AM - 2 PM and pickup times may change to accommodate bus routes. You will receive final confirmation the week prior to the trip departure. Buses will return home directly following the end of the concert.

    2. Are you making a Deposit, Full Payment, or Pay Toward Balance?

    To hold your space for this event a $50 per person deposit is due As Soon As Possible. You can make additional payments to reduce your balance at anytime, however the entire balance is due no later than 30 days prior to the event.

    Once you reserve a spot, those with a Tripcode will have their group leader notified of your payment. All others, an experienced representative will contact you within 3 business days to assist with your trip plans.
