Departure & Check-In:

Arrive Early: Please meet at your group’s designated pick-up location 30 minutes prior to departure.

Be On Time: We cannot accommodate late arrivals.

Board the Motor Coach: Check in with the SNE Check-In Coordinator (CIC) and present your valid government-issued photo ID. This is required for access to all event facilities and the coach.

Approximate Arrival Time: 11:00 AM … You will be dropped off at the same location where you will later board the bus for return. Your show tickets will be distributed by the SNE CIC. Please note that there may be multiple SNE buses, so ensure you board the correct one.

Pre-Show Free Time: Eat, Play, Enjoy. Take advantage of all that Broadway has to offer! Explore restaurants, shopping, and more before the show begins.

After the Show: Quick Bite & Return. Grab a quick bite to eat, then head back to the original drop-off location.

6:00 PM Depart for Home: Make sure to board the correct bus for your return trip.

Arrival Home: End of Trip. Upon arrival at your group’s drop-off location, please gather all of your belongings. We hope you had an enjoyable experience—don’t forget to ask your Group Leader about the next event!

SNE Check-In Coordinator (CIC) is a volunteer travel liaison whose job is to check each passenger’s ID and confirm they are on the passenger list. They do not perform additional services and are not Tour Guides.  

Play Seating:  See your tickets for seating arrangements: Be courteous to others by following these seating instructions.  .

Play Ticket Distribution:  Ticketed Seating Assignments: Each guest must show valid government issued photo id to receive your seat ticket on the bus upon arrival. There is only one ticket per person and there are no replacements.  Your ticket is your responsibility, if lost or stolen you would have to purchase a new one at the venue box office if there are any available at your own expense.

Motorcoach Standards & Policies:  Safety is the #1 priority and mutual respect is key to an enjoyable trip. All passengers are to remain seated while the coach is in motion.  All coaches are smoke free.  All coolers and large items should be stowed in the undercarriage.  Only items that fit in overhead bins are permitted on the coach.  Glass is prohibited.  Rest stops and consumption of alcohol is at the discretion of the driver and should be in a controlled moderation.  Coach lavatory is designed for emergency use.  Suggest utilizing fully equipped restrooms at rest stop facilities when possible.  Rest Stops and consumption of alcohol is at the discretion of the driver, if allowed alcohol consumption should be in moderation and controlled.

Home Arrival Time: Please use the return trip home time on itinerary to estimate your “at home” arrival time.  This is merely an estimate as unforeseen circumstances such as weather and traffic could alter travel.

  • 1. Are You Traveling with a Group and Have a Trip Code from a Flyer?

    Saturday departures are scheduled for between 8 AM - 10 AM and pickup times may change to accommodate bus routes. You will receive final confirmation the week prior to the trip departure. Also, buses will depart Atlantic City on Sunday morning between 12:30 AM - 1 AM for return home.

    Use this feature to add the 9 character TripCode {ex. TGL000019} found on your event flyer so that we can notify the group leader of your payment. If unsure, use SNE000000

    2. Are you making a Deposit, Full Payment, or Pay Toward Balance?

    To hold your space for this event a $50 per person deposit is due As Soon As Possible. You can make additional payments to reduce your balance at anytime, however the entire balance is due no later than 30 days prior to the event.

    Once you reserve a spot, those with a Tripcode will have their group leader notified of your payment. All others, an experienced representative will contact you within 3 business days to assist with your trip plans.
