Eagles vs Commanders Football Getaway
SATURDAY
DEPARTURE: Board Motor Coach and Check-In (Approx times: NY area 8am and PA area 10am) Sign in with Soul Nation Events “Check In Coordinator: or CIC. Be sure you have your valid government issued photo id with you. It is required that you show this id for access to all events.
1PM – 4PM: Maryland Live Casino / Arundel Mills Mall stop on your way to the hotel. Located together you can enjoy 3 hours of free time gaming or shopping.
5:00PM: Check-In Hotel Room – Settle in and get ready for a delicious dinner.
BANQUET EVENT SPACE: Dinner & Party will be held in the IMAGINATION & INNOVATION ROOMS
6:30 – 8:30PM: Dinner Buffet Served Live DJ Music Entertainment. (Cash Bar available, served by hotel staff)
9:15 – 10PM: Comedy Show
10:30PM – 1:30AM: Dance Party – with Live DJ Entertainment, Adults Only
11PM- 1AM: Premium Open Bar
SUNDAY
7:30AM – 9:30AM: Breakfast Buffet Served MAJESTIC BALLROOM
8:00AM: Check Out Begins – Turn in Keys to Front Desk & Load Luggage on Coach.
9:30AM: Coaches Load & Depart for FedEx Field – SEE IMPORTANT TICKET INFORMATION BELOW
11:00AM: Arrive at the FedEx Field.
4:30PM – 5:00PM: Load Coach for departure home. Meet at same parking location.
HOME: Arrive at your group’s drop off location

IMPORTANT TICKET INFORMATION: Please be aware that all tickets for this event are exclusively distributed through SeatGeek, a reputable ticketing platform. To attend the game, it is imperative that every attendee has the SeatGeek app installed on their smart phones and is capable of receiving digital tickets. All guests must have smart phone with them at the game to provide the digital ticket. Each ticket has a security feature using rolling bar code technology. Printed tickets are not accepted at Fed Ex Field.

They do not perform additional services and are not Tour Guides.
Photo ID, Medications, Event Wristbands: All Guests are required to bring a valid government issued photo id to show for proof of age and to acquire special event wristbands for access to facilities and all events. Keep your medications with you at all times, access to your luggage is limited on a motorcoach. Guests must be 21 years or older to consume alcohol with proper valid photo id and is at the discretion of the facility serving.
Hotel Rooms: Every room comes with either one or two beds. Most hotels have a limited number of double bedded rooms (2 beds). Two bedded rooms are reserved for triple and quad occupancy rooms and then first come first serve basis for double occupancy rooms. Some properties have pull out sofas or rollaway cots as an option. Each hotel is different, based on local fire codes and availability. Cot may be an added hotel fee. Refrigerators & Microwaves are not standard, and will depend on availability and may be an added hotel fee.
Hotel prohibits personal or open alcohol bottles in public areas including hallways and lobby. Hotel rooms and facilities are non-smoking. Any room smoked in, a cleaning fee of $350 is charged to room guest by hotel.
Home Arrival Time: Please use the return trip home time on itinerary to estimate your “at home” arrival time. This is merely an estimate as unforeseen circumstances such as weather and traffic could alter travel.
Motorcoach Standards & Policies: Respect is the key to an enjoyable trip & Safety is the #1 priority. All passengers are to remain seated while the coach is in motion. All coaches are smoke free. All coolers and large items should be stowed in the undercarriage. Only items that fit in overhead bins are permitted on the coach. Glass is prohibited. Rest stops and consumption of alcohol is at the discretion of the driver. If allowed, alcohol consumption should be in moderation and controlled. Coach lavatory is designed for emergency use. Recommend utilizing fully equipped restrooms at rest stop facilities when possible.
