DEPARTURE

Meet at your designated pick up location 30 minutes early. (Approx times: NYC 7 AM / PA 10 AM) Be On Time, we cannot wait for ANY late guests.

Board Motor Coach and Check-In Sign in with SNE Check In Coordinator (CIC). Be sure to have your valid government issued photo id. It is required to show this id for access to all event facilities & coach.

SATURDAY

Crab & Shrimp Feast Itinerary
Location: Martin’s Caterers
Duration: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM, w/ 3 hours of unlimted food service

Arrival and Check-In (12:30 PM – 1:00 PM)

Upon arrival, visit the Soul Nation Events Sign-Up Table to:

Receive your event wristband.
Confirm your table seating assignment.

Guidelines for Seating:

Follow instructions from the Soul Nation Events (SNE) greeters to ensure a smooth check-in process.
Each guest is assigned one chair; do not use chairs for personal items or rearrange chairs between tables.

Note: The elevated stage ensures optimal viewing for all seats. For safety, keep aisles clear at all times.

Event Schedule

1:00 PM – 4:00 PM: Unlimited Food Service

Note: If you added the Lobster or Snow Crab option, enjoy 2 hours unlimited service for this from 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM.

Buffet Stations:

Crabs and shrimp (served from separate stations with condiments and melted butter).

Bar Services (1:00 PM – 5:00 PM):

Open bar for guests 21+ with wristbands. Note: Cash bar for Gospel event.

Pitchers of soda and water available for refills.

Entertainment:

Available throughout the event to enhance your experience.

Staff Assistance:

Martin’s staff will restock buffet items.
Clear plates and silverware.
Maintain clean, convenient rolling trash bins for easy disposal.

Closing Remarks (4:45 PM – 5:00 PM)

Take time to enjoy the remaining entertainment and wrap up your dining experience.
Ensure all personal belongings are collected before departure.
Additional Notes:

Buffet-style dining encourages guests to take only what they can eat to reduce waste.
Be mindful of others waiting in line and maintain courtesy at all stations.

SNE Check-In Coordinator (CIC) is a volunteer travel liaison whose job is to check each passenger’s ID and confirm they are on the passenger list. They do not perform additional services and are not Tour Guides.

Photo ID, Event Wristbands, Medications: All Guests are required to bring a valid government issued photo id to show for proof of age, identity and to acquire special event wristbands for access to facilities and all events.  Keep your medications with you at all times, access to your luggage is limited on a motor coach.  

Motorcoach Standards & Policies:  Safety is the #1 priority and mutual respect is key to an enjoyable trip. All passengers are to remain seated while the coach is in motion.  All coaches are smoke free.  All coolers and large items should be stowed in the undercarriage.  Only items that fit in overhead bins are permitted on the coach.  Glass is prohibited.  Rest stops and consumption of alcohol is at the discretion of the driver and should be in a controlled moderation.  Coach lavatory is designed for emergency use.  Suggest utilizing fully equipped restrooms at rest stop facilities when possible.  Rest Stops and consumption of alcohol is at the discretion of the driver, if allowed alcohol consumption should be in moderation and controlled.

  • 1. Are You Traveling with a Group and Have a Trip Code from a Flyer?

    Saturday departures are scheduled for between 8 AM - 10 AM and pickup times may change to accommodate bus routes. You will receive final confirmation the week prior to the trip departure. Also, buses will depart from Crab Feast venue around 5:30 PM for return home.

    Also, there is a $10 add-on for NYC / North Jersey pickups.

    2. Are you making a Deposit, Full Payment, or Pay Toward Balance?

    To hold your space for this event a $50 per person deposit is due As Soon As Possible. You can make additional payments to reduce your balance at anytime, however the entire balance is due no later than 30 days prior to the event.

    Once you reserve a spot, those with a Tripcode will have their group leader notified of your payment. All others, an experienced representative will contact you within 3 business days to assist with your trip plans.
