5:00PM – 7:00PM: Hotel Check-In – Settle in and get ready for an exciting weekend. There will be SNE representatives available to help guide you.
DINNER: You are on your own for dinner plans. There are a number of eateries within 5 – 10 minutes walking distance.

SATURDAY
7:00AM – 8:00AM: Breakfast Buffet Served
8:30AM: Load buses for Busch Gardens Williamsburg which is included in the weekend package. Confirm bus return at activity.
6:00PM: Load buses for return to hotel. Miss The Bus ~ You’re on your own!

SUNDAY
7:00AM – 8:00AM: Breakfast Buffet Served
8:30AM – 9:00AM: CHECK OUT TIME (Turn Keys into the Front Desk and Load Luggage on Buses
8:30AM: Load buses for Kings Dominion Soak City Amusement Park which is included in the weekend package. Confirm bus departure time to go home.
5:00PM: Load buses for return home. Do Not Miss The Bus!
REST AREA STOP: We have a scheduled stop on way home to stretch and grab a bite to eat.
Home: Arrive at your group’s drop off location. Please make sure you take all of your belongings with you. We hope you had an enjoyable experience, and be sure to ask your Group Leader about the next event.
Your SNE wristband that you get upon arrival is for entrance into our private events. If it is lost, you will need to buy another one at full price.
SNE Check In Coordinator (CIC) is a volunteer travel liaison whose job is to check each passenger’s ID and confirm they are on the passenger list. They do not perform additional services and are not Tour Guides.
Photo ID, Medications, Event Wristbands: All Guests are required to bring a valid government issued photo id to show for proof of age and to acquire special event wristbands for access to facilities and all events. Keep your medications with you at all times, access to your luggage is limited on a motor coach. Guests must be 21 years or older to consume alcohol with proper id and is at the discretion of the facility serving.
Hotel Rooms: Every room comes with either one or two beds. Most hotels have a limited number of double bedded rooms (2 beds). Two bedded rooms are usually reserved for triple and quad occupancy rooms needed and then on a first come first serve basis. The “Safe Stay” guidelines launched by American Hotel & Lodging Association (AHLA) and reviewed by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), recommends overnight guest rooms not be cleaned during the duration of your stay. Unless otherwise requested, our team members will not enter your guest room until departure. We ask that you reuse bath towels and wash cloths. Toiletries and bath amenities are available upon request and will be placed outside your guest room door Hotel prohibits personal or open alcohol bottles in public areas including hallways and lobby of hotel. Hotel rooms and facilities are non-smoking.
All hotels are Non-Smoking. There will be a $250 room charge for any room where Smoking occurs.
Home Arrival Time: Please use the return trip home time on itinerary to estimate your “at home” arrival time. This is merely an estimate as unforeseen circumstances such as weather and traffic could alter travel.
Motorcoach Standards & Policies: Respect is the key to an enjoyable trip & Safety is the #1 priority. All passengers are to remain seated while the coach is in motion. All coaches are smoke free. All coolers and large items should be stowed in the undercarriage. Only items that fit in overhead bins are permitted on the coach. Glass is prohibited. Rest stops and consumption of alcohol is at the discretion of the driver, if allowed alcohol consumption should be in moderation and controlled. Motor Coach lavatory is designed for emergency us only. We recommend utilizing fully equipped restrooms at rest stop facilities when possible.
