Important Update Regarding Sunday’s Concert & Refund Information
Due to the Winter Storm Warning and the declared State of Emergency in Pennsylvania, Sunday’s concert was unfortunately canceled to ensure the safety of all guests, staff, and performers. We understand that many of you received a physical concert ticket showing a printed retail ticket price. We want to clarify how that pricing works within a group-produced event.
The printed amount reflects the venue’s public retail value, which includes service charges, facility fees, and taxes. However, our event operates under a contracted group rate structure. The actual wholesale ticket cost associated with your package is $20 per guest. Per our published event terms and conditions, in the event of a show cancellation, the ticket refund amount is the contracted group rate.
That said, although the contracted amount is $20, we will be issuing a $25 per ticket refund here.
Note: if you purchased a premium seating upgrade, that amount will be refunded as well.

Per our stated “terms and conditions”, refunds for canceled shows are issued at the contracted group rate of $25 per person. Although public Ticketmaster tickets may reflect a higher public retail price, those standard public rates are what makes our deeply discounted group events possible.
Your refund represents the specific base rate locked in at the time of this volume event booking.
