Bus Departures: If traveling with a larger group, see your group leader flyer for pickup and time. If traveling as individuals or small group, you will be given the opportunity to select your departure location when you make your reservation.

2:00PM - 4:00PM: Hotel Check-In – Settle in and visit the *Activity Desk for event details and updates.

2:00PM - 6:00PM: Meet & Mingle - Pool, Hut Tub, Billiards in lounge area. (cash bar)

6:30PM: Kick Off Party with Live DJ Entertainment in Ballroom. (cash bar)

9:30PM - 10:30PM: Comedy Show (cash bar)

11:00PM - 1:00AM: Black & White New Year's Eve Party with Live DJ Entertainment in Ballroom. (Premium Open Bar)

Midnight: Champagne Toast

2:00AM - 4:00AM:Dance until Dawn after party.

10:00AM: Checkout begins - turn room key & load luggage.

    2. Are you making a Deposit, Full Payment, or Pay Toward Balance?

    To hold your space for this event a $50 per person deposit is due As Soon As Possible. You can make additional payments to reduce your balance at anytime, however the entire balance is due no later than 30 days prior to the event.

    Once you reserve a spot, those with a Tripcode will have their group leader notified of your payment. All others, an experienced representative will contact you within 3 business days to assist with your trip plans.
