How have you been able to get two headliners to perform at such a great price?
By combining guests from multiple hotels we are able to spend more money on entertainment and give you that “Special Weekend”. Each of our Concert Getaway packages is designed to be a big event, something spectacular. Ski Trips have changed!

What is the estimated time between our hotel and where the concert is to be held?
We have chosen a centralized Concert Venue that is accessible via major highway within a short 20 to 45 minute drive from each of our tour hotels. This convenient location ensures that you are back at your hotel by approximately 11PM for open bar and the after Party till 4 AM
How does the ELG Party Shuttle and Check In work?
You will be shuttled on ELG’s Concert Party Bus and will receive Express Check in at the venue. We operate an express check in utilizing wristbands given to you on Friday night. This eliminates any delay once you are at the venue.

What time will we be home on Sunday?
The buses leave your hotel on Sunday night at approximately 5PM. Most of our hotels are conveniently located within a 2-3 hour drive of your pick up location so you should be home around 8PM. Please note this is only an estimate and you need to take into consideration your drive time and the number of pick ups made in route, and traffic.

Do I need to send a deposit?
Soul Nation Events does not require an initial deposit to send your FREE full-color 8 1/2×14 customized flyers. Remember, there is no cost to you for trying to organize a group. You are only required to send in deposits once you begin collecting them. Also any payments sent to Soul Nation Events, including any initial deposit, are deducted from your balance at the time of your trip.

How many people do I need to run a trip?
There is no minimum requirement. For any complete WEEKEND or OVERNIGHT trips, if you bring 23 or more paying guests, you’ll receive 1 FREE trip (not room) and other group leader benefits. For each additional 23 passengers, you will receive an additional FREE trip for one person (based on double occupancy). Please note that one comp is for every per 23 paid passengers, not one room. For any DAY TRIPS, if you bring 49 or more paying guests, you’ll receive 1 FREE person on the day trip. For each additional 49 passengers, you will receive an additional FREE guest.

If I don’t fill my bus, do I have to cancel my trip?
No. Soul Nation Events will combine your group with another group to share the bus ride to the Hotel/Resort. Your group discounted rates are guaranteed.

What’s my responsibility as a trip organizer?
You are responsible for passing out the flyers and advertising the trip. Also, you will collect deposits from each passenger who signs up, maintain the room/bus list, and forward all balances due to Soul Nation Events. Our experienced Group Coordinator team will work with you throughout this process.

How do I make a reservation for my group?
Simply call 215-504-4000 or 800-237-7547 and Soul Nation Events trip coordinator will then assist you in selecting the right date and location for your group. Within a few days Soul Nation Events will produce and ship to your attention promotional flyers.

How much money should I add on as my profit?
Your sales representative will go over the rates with you and help you decide how much money you want to add on. We can assist you in making a substantial profit.
